Northwest ISD annually approves a compensation plan that indicates the salaries, pay rates and other forms of compensation district staff members receive.

For any funds received by Northwest ISD for a designated teacher under the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), 90 percent will be paid to the designated teacher.
