Simple & delicious! • Smoke 1 lb of yellowfin tuna until it is to your desired doneness. • Finely chop. • Add approx 1 C @dukesmayo, but just do this to your desired taste and consistency. • Season with 2 teaspoons of Meat Church BLANCO. • Add the juice of a lemon cheek. • Stir, taste, repeat and add to your desired taste. Garnish with Meat Church Holy Voodoo, minced onions and lemon wedges. Serve with a heavy chip like pita chips.
